Subject: NFRW Membership Information

Hi Liz,

I was so happy to get the latest State Membership Report for 2017. I just wanted to thank you and say congratulations! Maryland FRW is already past 100% of last years numbers and you continue to bring in more members. Thank you so much for all the hard work you and your Maryland clubs are doing.

Increasing our total membership numbers is so important to building an even stronger NFRW. The more members we can recruit and retain helps us ensure that we will have even more NFRW members out in our communities to help educate the votes, get our message out and elect more of our Republic candidates.

Right now our total NFRW membership numbers are at 91% of 2016 numbers and we still have time to recruit more members. With the great work you are doing I know NFRW can end 2017 with 100% or more of total membership. Please let our NFRW Membership Committee know if we can help you in any way.

Looking forward to to seeing you in Philadelphia in September . It will be a great Convention. Thank you so much for all you do for MFRW, NFRW and AMERICA !

Dear Members and Friends:

Welcome to Upper Montgomery's Fall "kickoff" meeting! After our summer break, we look forward to cooler weather, and ahead to the 2018 elections and the next Annapolis legislative session.

Our September meeting is this Saturday, 9/23, 1-3PM, and I am delighted to welcome our exciting and very informative guests: Meredith Glacken, Executive Director of the Maryland Republican Party and Cory Denis, Political Director of Hogan for Governor.

The location is the home of member Pat Fenati:
10817 Longmeadow Drive
Damascus, MD 20872.

I look forward to seeing you there!

Anne Angstadt, President

“One woman alone has limited power, but a group of dedicated women can make a difference! Knowledge is power, and the more we educate ourselves and our community, the stronger the Republican Party will be.” -Patti Witham

The members of the Upper Montgomery Republican Women’s Club promote the principles of the Republican Party through participation and education. We are loyal to the Republican Party and support Republican candidates in all elections.

Upper Montgomery RWC is a new Club recently formed in the northern part of the county. We received our charter November, 2006, at the Maryland Federation of Republican Women State Convention. Business and education meetings are held the third Saturday or Monday of each month, except for the months of June, July, August and December.

The benefits of the Club are many

  • Educating members on the candidates and issues in current elections
  • Getting to know those involved in the political process
  • Being aware of specific needs and opportunities to promote better government at all levels
  • Promoting Party ideals in more confident ways
  • Taking an active role in spreading the knowledge gained from the Club
