We will be holding our January 20th meeting at 1pm in the NEW AND IMPROVED MCGOP headquarters offices, conveniently located at 15833 Crabbs Branch Way, Rockville. Gilberto Zelaya of the MoCo Board of Elections, will explain the “Ins and Outs of Poll Working.”  We are in desperate need of Republican poll workers, and if we are fully aware of the requirements and the positions available, we can intelligently volunteer or recruit to help ensure election integrity in 2024.

Ms. Tracey Humphrey arranged this program for us, and she has also written an article about it in the MCGOP newsletter which comes out this Monday morning.  (If you are not getting this newsletter, please let me know ASAP!) The readership of the MCGOP newsletter is huge, and we’d like to attract other interested party members to fill the polling vacancies. Tracey is an elected Central Committee member in Montgomery County, and she is one of our newest members. We are so proud that she chose our Club to join.

We will also be voting to approve our 2024 budget after Mr. Gilberto’s presentation, and there will be DOOR PRIZES and/or JANUARY REINDEER GAMES before we close the meeting.  If you’re able, bring a treat for the snack table and an interested friend–RSVP vbirkett@msn.com—come early or stay late to commune with “your kind.”
