What we are about
Since 1922, Montgomery County Federation of Republican Women (MCFRW) has been at the forefront of advancing conservative values, empowering women, and electing Republicans—from the courthouse to the White House. As part of the National and Maryland Federations of Republican Women, we are strengthened by four vibrant clubs across Montgomery County: Chevy Chase, Potomac, Rural, and Upper Montgomery.
Our mission is simple: educate and engage members, empower women to lead, and elect Republicans who stand for freedom and common-sense conservative principles.

Philosophy

The strength of our nation lies with the individual and that each person’s dignity, freedom, ability and responsibility must be honored.

In equal rights, equal justice and equal opportunity for all, regardless of race, creed, sex, age or disability.

Free enterprise and encouraging individual initiative have brought this nation opportunity, economic growth and prosperity.

The government must practice fiscal responsibility and allow individuals to keep more of the money they earn.

The proper role of government is to provide for the people only those critical functions that cannot be performed by individuals or private organizations and that the best government is that which governs least.

PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE The Flag
I pledge allegiance to the Flag
of the United States of America
and to the Republic for which it stands:
one Nation under God, indivisible,
with Liberty and Justice for all.
When reciting the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag, stand at attention facing the flag with right hand over heart. Men remove hats and hold them at their left shoulder with their hand over their heart. Military personnel in uniform face the flag and render a salute.
